Bridging Visa E
SC 050

This Bridging Visa is extremely critical and issued to the persons staying in Australia unlawfully or they have had their substantive cancelled to prevent them from being detailed by DHA officers. A BVE allows an unlawful person to gain lawful status in Australia while their case is being investigated or considered for another visa application under consideration. BVE holders can only apply for a protection, spouse, child or another visa, that is specifically permitted by DHA, while in Australia. In most cases, a BVE is issued for a limited period to allow the visa holders to resolve any personal matters and make arrangements to depart Australia.

BVA applications carry a nominal charge that is payable to DHA and we will be pleased to provide further details if you contact us or schedule an appointment with a registered migration consultant.
