Family Visas

The Australian government allows its citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their close family members such as a spouse/de-facto partner, child or a parent/step-parent for a temporary or permanent residence visa to live in Australia. In addition to this, there are provisions for Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor either an aged dependent relative or a care-giver for a permanent residence visa, subject to the sponsor and applicant meeting the applicable criteria.

At Visaworld, we view our clients’ decision to sponsor an overseas relative with compassion and, where possible, even go out of the way to reunite them with their family members. Our in-depth understanding of the Australian Migration Law and extensive experience in handling various family visas can help you navigate through the complex legislation. Our consultants are experienced in dealing with complex matters and will assist you in identifying the best suited visa option for your overseas relative. Our experienced team will prepare, lodge and manage the visa application/s until they are finalised by the Department of Home Affairs in Australia.
